REFUND POLICY

RETURN PROCESS (Exchange Only we do not offer refunds)

  • Merchandise must be received back to Exquisite Diva’s within 5 days of your delivery date and must email us for approval before sending the items back, for exchange or store credit only. Please allow us 48 hours to respond to your email and you will not be penalized for the 48 hours that it takes for us to respond to your request.
  • If your package is received after 5 days from, we approve your return we will deduct 20% from the total purchased price (so your store credit will be 20% less than what you paid). It's very important for us to receive your return back in house in a timely matter to avoid penalty.
  • All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION, which means -- unwashed, unaltered and with the original tags attached, if any. Any merchandise returned with makeup, deodorant, pet hair or the smell of smoke will be refused and returned to you at an additional shipping charge. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For store pickup orders, you have 5 days from the date we notified you that your order was ready to be picked up to exchange.
  • If you place a Double Order in error, you will receive the funds in the form of a store credit ONLY for the order you don't want we do not give back cash refunds.
  • Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel your order.
  • If you select shipping initially but then want to change it to instore pickup, we can't refund your shipping cost. 

FINAL SALES

  • The following items are not available for refunds, exchanges and/ or store credit:
  • Grab Bags, Sale/ Clearance items/If Purchased with a Discount Code (if you use any type of discount code that is a sale/clearance item so that is final sale), Bathing Suits, Lingerie, Bandeaus, Graphic Tees, Car Spray, Jewelry, Accessories of any kind, Sunglasses, Hats, Scarves, Headbands and Gift Certificates.
  • ALL WHITE ITEMS/ITEMS THAT ARE WHITE AND ANOTHER COLOR are final sale and can't be returned.
  • Store credit codes cannot be used with other promotional SALES because that is a previous purchase.


EXCHANGES

  • We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. We will issue a gift certificate.
  • You can use it towards another purchase, and you will have 30 days from the date the store credit was issue to use it. We do not allow multiple exchanges meaning you will not be allowed to exchange from a specific order multiple time. For example, if you place an order and receive it you are allowed to make an exchange ONE time from that order so once you receive your new item that is FINAL sale, we can't allow you to receive the exchange and then send that back for another item. STORE CREDIT

  • If you prefer store credit instead of an exchange, please let us know in your return order and we will be happy to issue you online credit in the amount of the return which will be good for 60 days from the issued date.


DEFECTIVE

  • Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received defective/ incorrect merchandise, contact us within 2 days of receipt by emailing us at eqdivas@gmail and include pictures in your email. No exceptions. We will only be able to issue you a store credit for the item only not the shipping cost.


RETURNING

  • Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
  • Once your package is received, please allow our Returns Department up to 5-7 business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification/text message with the status of your return.
